Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Trần Tuyet kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Trần Tuyet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Đinh Teo was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Trần Tinh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lê Phuong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Trần Tinh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trần Duc in the 8th minute of the match. When Phạm Hung came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Binh Phuoc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Phạm Hung couldn't finish the play. Trần Tinh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lê Phuong in the 15th minute of play. If Lê Thuy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Đinh Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phạm Hung, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes, Phạm Hung mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Binh Phuoc and the Cai Be players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Binh Phuoc's Phạm Hung got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nguyễn Tuyet in the 26th minute of play forced Binh Phuoc's goalkeeper Trần Tinh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Nguyễn Tuyet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trần Tinh. Binh Phuoc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nguyễn Tuyet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Nguyễn Nghiêm-Minh was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Binh Phuoc fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Trần Dong hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Binh Phuoc's Trần Tinh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trần Duc in the 35th minute of play. After 44 minutes, Lê Phuong mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cai Be and the Binh Phuoc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Cai Be was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lê Phuong to maneuver through the defense. Binh Phuoc's Lê Thuy got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Trần Duc was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Binh Phuoc defense, Trần Duc kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trần Tinh. The Binh Phuoc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trần Tinh should have stopped the shot. Lê Thuy came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Đinh Teo could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Cai Be's zone, Lê Thuy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Đinh Teo came out of the goal and Lê Thuy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 60 played minutes Cai Be got a freekick which was hit by Trần Hung. Phạm Hung sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Đinh Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huỳnh Cuc in the 64th minute of play. Lê Thuy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Binh Phuoc's Huỳnh Cuc got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Binh Phuoc's Phạm Hung got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute Trần Duc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trần Tinh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Cai Be's goal looked a bit too open when Huỳnh Cuc came free, but Đinh Teo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Cai Be getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Nguyễn Tuyet hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Trần Hung notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Binh Phuoc's Trần Tinh. Trần Tinh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the game, Cai Be's Trần Duc nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Trần Tinh made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Trần Tinh came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Cai Be's Trần Duc. But to his dismay, Trần Duc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0.
