The crowd rose to their feet as Nguyễn Dinh kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bùi Minh. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. After 12 played minutes Binh Duong got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Dinh. Phạm Minh took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lê Ho. Lê Ho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Binh Duong's Nguyễn Tuan Hoang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bùi Minh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Nguyễn Tuan Hoang fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bùi Minh, passed just outside the right post. Phạm Minh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Lê Ho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nguyễn Tuan Hoang struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Bùi Minh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Binh Duong. In the 29th minute, Phạm Minh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 31 minutes, Đào Nghiêm-Minh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ANH DUNG DZAI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Đào Nghiêm-Minh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nguyễn Tuan Hoang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bùi Minh having to interfere. Lê Ho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phạm Minh, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th match minute, Binh Duong was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trần Dong to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in ANH DUNG DZAI's zone, Nguyễn Tuan Hoang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bùi Minh came out of the goal and Nguyễn Tuan Hoang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bùi Minh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nguyễn Tuan Hoang, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.
The wind increased when Nguyễn Tuan Hoang made the kick off in the second half. Nguyễn Dong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Bùi Minh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nguyễn Tuan Hoang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Binh Duong's goal looked a bit too open when Đào Nghiêm-Minh came free, but Lê Ho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lê Ho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Đào Nghiêm-Minh in the 61st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Nguyễn Tuan Hoang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bùi Minh was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Bùi Minh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Dong in the 64th minute of the match. Phạm Minh might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lê Ho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Phạm Minh ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Đào Nghiêm-Minh took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Lê Ho to make any attempt to save it. If Đào Nghiêm-Minh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Đào Nghiêm-Minh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ANH DUNG DZAI had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
