Trịnh Van Quyen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Tuyet having to interfere. Trịnh Van Quyen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Nguyễn Tuyet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nguyễn Thuy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Nguyễn Lan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bùi Tuyet hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Phan Viet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 49 minutes into the match, Trần Nghiêm-Minh dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nguyễn Tuyet, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Trần Nghiêm-Minh to make the kick off. Nguyễn Thuy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PSG's Nguyễn Lan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Thuy in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to TrongADen getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Phùng Lien hit a great ball. Trần Nghiêm-Minh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Tuyet having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, PSG's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Thuy came free, but Nguyễn Lan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute of the match, Nguyễn Thuy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nguyễn Lan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. PSG's Nguyễn Lan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Thuy in the 72nd minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, PSG's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Thuy came free, but Nguyễn Lan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. TrongADen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Phan Thi in the 79th minute. After taking down the ball on TrongADen's corner Phan Thi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nguyễn Lan quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trần Nghiêm-Minh in the 88th minute of play forced TrongADen's goalkeeper Nguyễn Tuyet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, TrongADen's Nguyễn Phuong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nguyễn Lan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Trịnh Van Quyen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98th minute, Võ Van Quyen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nguyễn Tuyet was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the TrongADen players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PSG.
