Tôn Chi made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Huỳnh Teo sent off a good shot on target. When Nguyễn Van Quyen fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mui Ne's protests and gave Nguyễn Van Quyen a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mui Ne's Nguyễn Van Quyen got a free kick in the 14th minute. With a little luck, Mui Ne's Tôn Chi got control of the ball when Huỳnh Duc tried to sneak it across the goal line.
