Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) TrongADen's Nguyễn Thuy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mui Ne's Tôn Chi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Thuy in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phùng Lien in the 5th minute of play forced Mui Ne's goalkeeper Tôn Chi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tôn Chi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Thuy in the 7th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Hồ Thanh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mui Ne's supporters rose to their feet, but Hồ Thanh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nguyễn Tuyet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, Mui Ne's Hồ Thanh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nguyễn Tuyet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Trần Lam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, TrongADen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Xuan to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Nguyễn Tan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nguyễn Tuyet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tôn Chi made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Phan Viet sent off a good shot on target. When Mui Ne's Hồ Thanh in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TrongADen's goalie prevented a goal. Nguyễn Tuyet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hồ Thanh in the 22nd minute of play. Nguyễn Tuyet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hồ Thanh's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Hồ Thanh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mui Ne's Trần Dung got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd match minute, TrongADen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phan Viet to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Hồ Thanh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Mui Ne's Tôn Chi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phan Viet in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Mui Ne getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Hồ Thanh hit a great ball. Tôn Chi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Phuong in the 60th minute of the match. In the 64th minute Phùng Lien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tôn Chi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tôn Chi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phùng Lien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nguyễn Tuyet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hồ Thanh in the 67th minute. If Nguyễn Van Quyen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Hồ Thanh reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nguyễn Tuyet. The goal made the score 0-1. The audience was convinced that Hồ Thanh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nguyễn Tuyet was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Hồ Thanh scored 0-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nguyễn Tuyet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The TrongADen supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mui Ne's performance. The match ended with a win for Mui Ne.
