Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nguyễn Thi Ngoc took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Kontum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phan Dung to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the match, Kontum's goal looked a bit too open when Tôn Nga came free, but Nguyễn Viet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trần Tuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Viet having to interfere. Beast's Vũ Tấn Dũng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Thi Ngoc in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Beast getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Trần Hoa hit a great ball. Nguyễn Thi Ngoc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kontum were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Beast's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lê Diem took the corner. After taking down the ball on Kontum's corner Lê Diem fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vũ Tấn Dũng quite easily take care of the ball. If Tôn Nga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Nguyễn Phuc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nguyễn Viet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tôn Nga, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Nguyễn Viet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tôn Nga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nguyễn Thi Ngoc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Vũ Tấn Dũng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kontum's Nguyễn Viet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trần Tuan in the 40th minute of play. Vũ Thanh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Vũ Tấn Dũng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Trần Tuan to strike the kick off in the second half. Vũ Tấn Dũng came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kontum's Nguyễn Thi Ngoc. But to his dismay, Nguyễn Thi Ngoc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 56 minutes into the match, Vũ Thanh notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Beast's Vũ Tấn Dũng. Vũ Tấn Dũng was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nguyễn Viet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trần Tuan in the 59th minute of play. Nguyễn Thi Ngoc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vũ Thanh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Nguyễn Thi Ngoc notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Beast's Vũ Tấn Dũng. Vũ Tấn Dũng was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vũ Tấn Dũng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nguyễn Thi Ngoc, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the game, Trương Hong was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kontum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beast the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kontum's Trương Hong got a free kick in the 74th minute. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 75th minute, when Beast's Phạm Thanh Bình after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Nguyễn Viet in Kontum's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. If Vũ Thanh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nguyễn Viet made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Tôn Nga sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Tôn Nga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beast's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
