Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nguyễn Pham took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Phạm Tho managed to get in a good position for a shot. kris's supporters rose to their feet, but Phạm Tho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vũ Tấn Dũng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Trần Tuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 15 played minutes kris got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Hung. Beast's Vũ Tấn Dũng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Pham in the 18th minute of play. Tôn Nga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Huỳnh Hung made a huge save. In the 25th minute, Phạm Tho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vũ Tấn Dũng was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Vũ Tấn Dũng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nguyễn Pham's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Vũ Tấn Dũng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Pham in the 32nd minute of play. Phạm Tho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Phạm Tho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vũ Tấn Dũng having to interfere. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Beast's goalkeeper Vũ Tấn Dũng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nguyễn Pham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Vũ Tấn Dũng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phạm Tho in the 45th minute of play forced Beast's goalkeeper Vũ Tấn Dũng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Phạm Tho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half kris were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Trần Tuan to make the kick off. Tôn Nga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Huỳnh Hung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vũ Tấn Dũng didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. When Trần Thanh Bình fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored kris's protests and gave Trần Thanh Bình a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Trần Thanh Bình hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beast's Nguyễn Duc couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for kris. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trần Tuan in the 68th minute of play forced kris's goalkeeper Huỳnh Hung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Beast booed when kris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phạm Thanh didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trần Tuan in the 70th minute of play forced kris's goalkeeper Huỳnh Hung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nguyễn Dinh during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, one of Beast:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Beast. After 81 minutes, Ngô Diem mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beast and the kris players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Beast's Ngô Diem got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 89th minute, kris's Nguyễn Pham ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vũ Tấn Dũng. Vũ Tấn Dũng yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. A collision led to Beast getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Trần Hoa hit a great ball. Hoàng Minh, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Nguyễn Pham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. kris played a much better game than Beast and deserved their victory. The Beast players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
