Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nguyễn Pham kicked off to start the match. Hoàng Chi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Phan Cong Vinh went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Qui Nhon's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Nguyễn Nguyet scored to the left of an out of position Hoàng Chi, making the score, 2-0. Hoàng Nhật Minh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đỗ Phuong having to interfere. Nguyễn Thuy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Đỗ Phuong. Dak To's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Đỗ Phuong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nguyễn Pham, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Hoàng Chi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nguyễn Nguyet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hoàng Nhật Minh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đỗ Phuong having to interfere. Nguyễn Pham hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute Vũ Van Tai Em ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Hoàng Chi. 3-0. Đỗ Binh kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Đỗ Phuong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Pham in the 36th minute of play. Hoàng Nhật Minh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Nguyễn Pham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Đỗ Phuong was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The wind increased when Nguyễn Nguyet made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Qui Nhon's Đinh Diem slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Đỗ Phuong. That made the score 3-1 after 52 minutes of play. Qui Nhon's Hoàng Chi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Nguyet in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Nguyễn Nguyet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Qui Nhon's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Nguyet came free, but Hoàng Chi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Phan Cong Vinh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Dak To's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Pham came free, but Đỗ Phuong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Phan Cong Vinh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd match minute, Qui Nhon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hoàng Nhật Minh to maneuver through the defense. Hoàng Chi came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Dak To's Lê Nam. But to his dismay, Lê Nam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. If Phan Cong Vinh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Qui Nhon booed when Dak To was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Đỗ Binh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Đỗ Binh hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Nguyễn Thuy sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dak To's Đỗ Phuong didn't even have to move. Dak To were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Qui Nhon for a fine match.
