Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nguyễn Thi Ngoc kicked off to start the match. Nguyễn Ho kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 played minutes, Dak Nong's Huỳnh Tấn Dũng shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Huỳnh Xuan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dak Nong reached it. Liễu Phuong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Huỳnh Xuan made a huge save. In the 14th minute Lê Thuy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nguyễn Huy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dak Nong's Liễu Phuong got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liễu Phuongs short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Huỳnh Xuan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Triệu Cuc charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Triệu Cuc the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, Triệu Cuc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Da Lat's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Văn Tinh scored to the left of an out of position Huỳnh Xuan, making the score, 1-0. Da Lat's Huỳnh Xuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Da Lat from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nguyễn Tu during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 played minutes Da Lat got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Tu. In the 31st minute of the match, Văn Tinh tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Huỳnh Xuan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Dak Nong's Huỳnh Tho got a free kick in the 34th minute. Nguyễn Cuc hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Văn Tinh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Huỳnh Xuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Da Lat's zone, Huỳnh Tho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Huỳnh Xuan came out of the goal and Huỳnh Tho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
With his leg Nguyễn Huy managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Da Lat's Lê Thuy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Nguyễn Thi Ngoc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Văn Tinh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th play minute Lê Thuy came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nguyễn Huy. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Huỳnh Tho during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Da Lat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Triệu Cuc to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Dak Nong's Huỳnh Tấn Dũng broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Đào Phuoc during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, Đào Phuoc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Huỳnh Tấn Dũng sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Da Lat's Huỳnh Xuan didn't even have to move. After 87 played minutes Dak Nong got a freekick which was hit by Liễu Phuong. Lê Thuy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Huy having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, Dak Nong was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lê Nghiêm-Minh to maneuver through the defense. Lê Thuy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Đào Phuoc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Huy having to interfere.
