Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nguyễn Ho kicked off to start the match. When Nguyễn Ho came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the fc khsi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nguyễn Ho couldn't finish the play. Đặng Tong was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nguyễn Ho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Nguyễn Tan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gia Nghia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave fc khsi the free kick. A collision led to Gia Nghia getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Nguyễn Tan hit a great ball. Nguyễn Ho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Đặng Tong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Ho in the 21st minute of play. Nguyễn Ho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đặng Tong having to interfere. Nguyễn Teo's late challenge caught a Gia Nghia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nguyễn Teo helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nguyễn Van Tai Em in the 34th minute of play forced fc khsi's goalkeeper Nguyễn Nga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes, Đặng Nam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the fc khsi and the Gia Nghia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nguyễn Ho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Đặng Tong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Đặng Nam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 46 minutes, Vũ Thien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gia Nghia and the fc khsi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vũ Thien kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

59 minutes into the match, Gia Nghia's Ngô Khoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nguyễn Nga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nguyễn Van Tai Em fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Nga having to interfere. Ngô Khoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Nguyễn Nga made a huge save. Đặng Tong came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by fc khsi's Nguyễn Ho. But to his dismay, Nguyễn Ho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Đặng Tong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Đặng Nam in the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Gia Nghia's goal looked a bit too open when Đặng Nam came free, but Đặng Tong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Đặng Tong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Đặng Nam in the 80th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Đặng Nam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Đặng Tong. Gia Nghia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Đặng Nam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 83 played minutes Gia Nghia got a freekick which was hit by Phan Tuan. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Đặng Nam managed to get in a good position for a shot. fc khsi's supporters rose to their feet, but Đặng Nam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Đặng Tong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nguyễn Ho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Đặng Tong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Ho in the 91st minute of play. Nguyễn Nga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nguyễn Van Tai Em, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gia Nghia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for fc khsi.
