When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nguyễn Ho sped through Nha Trang's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nguyễn Hung. 20 minutes into the match, fc khsi's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Cong Vinh came free, but Nguyễn Nga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Nguyễn Cong Vinh notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of fc khsi's Nguyễn Nga. Nguyễn Nga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chung Duc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Đặng Nam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes of play, fc khsi's Nguyễn Ho made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nguyễn Hung was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nguyễn Nga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Hong Minh in the 62nd minute of the match. fc khsi's Nguyễn Nga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save fc khsi from getting a goal against them. Nguyễn Nga made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Nguyễn Cong Vinh sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Phạm Thuyet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nguyễn Hung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Ho in the 78th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Chung Duc who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but fc khsi's Nguyễn Nga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nguyễn Cong Vinh struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Nguyễn Nga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nha Trang. In the 82nd minute, Phạm Thuyet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. fc khsi's Nguyễn Ho got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Nguyễn Ho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nguyễn Ho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
