Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nguyễn Huy made the kick off which started today's match. Nguyễn Hoa's late challenge caught a Nghe An's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nguyễn Hoa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, NAST FLC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Hoa to maneuver through the defense. Lê Anh Hung's shot from long distance in the 6th minute was not bad at all, but NAST FLC's Bùi Dung knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 9th minute, Lý Van Quyen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute Lý Van Quyen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trịnh Thien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nghe An's Trịnh Thien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tôn Bay in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lý Van Quyen in the 13th minute of play forced Nghe An's goalkeeper Trịnh Thien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nguyễn Huy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bùi Dung having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Tôn Bay managed to get in a good position for a shot. NAST FLC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tôn Bay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trịnh Thien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Trần Thuyet kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After having played for 30 minutes, Tôn Bay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NAST FLC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tôn Bay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nguyễn Huy was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Nghe An's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 37thth minute of the game Lý Van Quyen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nghe An's Trịnh Thien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Nghe An:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of NAST FLC:s goal. After 46 minutes, Phan Cuc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nghe An and the NAST FLC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Nghe An getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Phan Cuc hit a great ball. Trịnh Thien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tôn Bay in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tôn Bay to strike the kick off in the second half. Nguyễn Tan kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Nguyễn Tan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bùi Dung having to interfere. Nguyễn Huy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Bùi Dung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nguyễn Huy sped through NAST FLC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bùi Dung. Bùi Dung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Tan in the 70th minute of the match. Nguyễn Huy scored 2-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bùi Dung, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 76 played minutes Nghe An got a freekick which was hit by Phan Cuc. 77 minutes into the match, NAST FLC's Nguyễn Hoa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Trịnh Thien made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lý Van Quyen in the 84th minute. Bùi Dung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nguyễn Huy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nguyễn Tan struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Bùi Dung didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nghe An. 95 minutes into the match, NAST FLC's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Huy came free, but Bùi Dung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
