Spectators: 8506 (Terracing: 6380, Seating: 1956, VIP seats: 170) Hồ Binh started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Szymon Paciuszko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cao Xanh Ward's Lê Than was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 5th minute, Phạm Tinh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trần Hoang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lê Than in the 8th minute of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Lê Than who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saigon Kick's Trần Hoang was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hồ Binh hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 13 minutes of play, Saigon Kick's Szymon Paciuszko made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lê Than was left in no man's land by his defense there! Szymon Paciuszko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute, Hồ Binh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cao Xanh Ward fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Saigon Kick's Szymon Paciuszko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lê Than narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Nguyễn Hoai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cao Xanh Ward's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saigon Kick the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cao Xanh Ward's Nguyễn Hoai got a free kick in the 27th minute. Nguyễn Thuyet made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cao Xanh Ward's Phạm Tinh. Phùng Tinh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Trần Hoang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hồ Binh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Nguyễn Hoai in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Saigon Kick's Nguyễn Dong. Lê Than received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Trần Hoang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Szymon Paciuszko made a kick off. After 59 played minutes Saigon Kick got a freekick which was hit by Võ Thai. The supporters of Cao Xanh Ward booed when Saigon Kick was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lê Hung didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 minutes of play, Saigon Kick's Szymon Paciuszko made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lê Than was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Saigon Kick's Trần Hoang got control of the ball when Nguyễn Than tried to sneak it across the goal line. Szymon Paciuszko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute of the match, Lê Than got a very nice opportunity to score, but Trần Hoang was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cao Xanh Ward's Nguyễn Than quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nguyễn Thuyet, made in the 83rd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nguyễn Phuong during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Saigon Kick's Nguyễn Phuong got a free kick in the 84th minute. A hard shot by Nguyễn Tong from long distance, 85 minutes into the match, got Trần Hoang's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Many of Cao Xanh Ward's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cao Xanh Ward may have spent more time on the ball, but Saigon Kick were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
