Nguyễn Phuc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Hoang having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Nguyễn Nguyet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saigon Kick's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hue the free kick. In the 34th match minute, Saigon Kick was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Nguyet to maneuver through the defense. When Nguyễn Phuc came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Hue fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nguyễn Phuc couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Saigon Kick's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Phuc came free, but Trần Hoang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Lê Hoang fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Trần Hoang, passed just outside the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Trần Hoang didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lê Hoang went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 59th minute, Lê Hung hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trần Hoang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Phuc in the 62nd minute of play. Hồ Liem stood somewhat misplaced when Szymon Paciuszko came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 66 minute. Lê Hoang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Trần Hoang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, Saigon Kick was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Dong to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Nguyễn Hoang made a precise shot to the right of Trần Hoang. Saigon Kick's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hue had played much better football throughout.
