Seating: 1974, VIP seats: 171) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Szymon Paciuszko kicked off to start the match. Nguyễn Dong's late challenge caught a Dong Xoai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nguyễn Dong helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dong Xoai booed when Saigon Kick was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nguyễn Dong didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Chung Tho in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Saigon Kick's Nguyễn Dong. After 26 played minutes Dong Xoai got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Tan. Lê Hung hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Saigon Kick defense, Nguyễn Thi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trần Hoang. The Saigon Kick fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trần Hoang should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute, Szymon Paciuszko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Szymon Paciuszko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Đỗ Hoang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Saigon Kick getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Nguyễn Nguyet hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Nguyễn Duong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Trần Hoang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trần Hoang came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Dong Xoai's Nguyễn Duong. But to his dismay, Nguyễn Duong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Phạm Phuc during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Saigon Kick booed when Dong Xoai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phạm Phuc didn't get a good kick on the ball. 2-2 came in the 67th minute when Nguyễn Nguyet all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Đỗ Hoang. When Szymon Paciuszko came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Saigon Kick fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Szymon Paciuszko couldn't finish the play. Nguyễn Thuyet struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Đỗ Hoang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saigon Kick. After some careless play in the Dong Xoai defense, Szymon Paciuszko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Đỗ Hoang. The Dong Xoai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Đỗ Hoang should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute, Nguyễn Thi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Szymon Paciuszko sped through Dong Xoai's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Đỗ Hoang. Lương Quang Thanh hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Nguyễn Tan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trần Hoang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saigon Kick were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Dong Xoai for a fine match.
