After 3 played minutes Đào Hoai rounded Skyblue's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Skyblue's Lê Anh Hung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Đào Hoai in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Skyblue's Trần Minh got a free kick in the 11th minute. Đào Hoai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nguyễn Liem fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skyblue's protests and gave Nguyễn Liem a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Nguyễn Liem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Đào Hoais short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Lê Anh Hung to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Đào Hoai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute, Đào Hoai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Flash United F.C.'s Đào Hoai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lê Anh Hung made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Đào Hoai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flash United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Đào Hoai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lê Anh Hung breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nguyễn Lan made the kick off in the second half. Đào Hoai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Lê Anh Hung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lê Anh Hung didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Trần Lien went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Flash United F.C.'s Đào Hoai in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skyblue's goalie prevented a goal. Đào Hoai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lê Anh Hung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trương Minh-ha in the 67th minute of play. La Bay's late challenge caught a Flash United F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. La Bay helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Skyblue getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. La Bay hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Đào Hoai in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lê Anh Hung saved Skyblue from getting behind. Huỳnh Lam struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Lê Anh Hung didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flash United F.C.. In the 80th minute Đào Hoai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lê Anh Hung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Đào Hoai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Flash United F.C.'s Huỳnh Tấn Dũng in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skyblue's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Đào Hoai in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lê Anh Hung saved Skyblue from getting behind. Flash United F.C.'s Đào Hoai got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Phạm Mai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Trần Lien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lê Anh Hung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When La Bay was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 97 minutes had been played.
