A collision led to Gang Thép FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Mattias Thorsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trần Tan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 64 minutes, Võ Cuc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gang Thép FC and the Poseidon players grew even worse after the yellow card.
