Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Phạm Tho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nguyễn Cadeo hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the match, Hoa Binh's Trương Phuoc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Võ Tan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Binh Dinh's Võ Tan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trương Phuoc in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Phạm Tho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hoa Binh's supporters rose to their feet, but Phạm Tho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Võ Tan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Trương Phuoc struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Võ Tan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hoa Binh. Võ Tan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trương Phuoc in the 26th minute of play. Đặng Chi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Hung might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Trần Chuong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. La Hung ran back to his position shaking his head. If La Hung had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Đặng Chi made the kick off in the second half. Đặng Chi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Chuong having to interfere. If Đặng Chi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Phạm Tho struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Võ Tan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hoa Binh. After 59 minutes, Nguyễn Cadeo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Binh Dinh and the Hoa Binh players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nguyễn Cadeo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Trần Chuong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from La Hung in the 90th minute of the match. After 96 played minutes Hoa Binh got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Dung. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
