Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Son La's goalkeeper Nguyễn Pham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Nguyễn Hung managed to get in a good position for a shot. Son La's supporters rose to their feet, but Nguyễn Hung was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bùi Than breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trần Diem in the 9th minute of play forced TT FC's goalkeeper Bùi Than to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Đỗ Duc took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nguyễn Pham. Nguyễn Pham dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lưu Phu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bùi Than showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trần Diem in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, TT FC's Bùi Than got control of the ball when Lưu Phu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 minutes, Dương Phuong mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TT FC and the Son La players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th match minute, TT FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dương Phuong to maneuver through the defense. Lưu Phus short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Bùi Than to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 32nd minute, Trần Thuyet made a precise shot to the right of Nguyễn Pham. Son La's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Đỗ Duc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bùi Than made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trần Diem in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Son La's goal looked a bit too open when Trần Thuyet came free, but Nguyễn Pham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Trần Diem made a kick off. After 53 played minutes TT FC got a freekick which was hit by Hoàng Hung. Bùi Than showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trần Diem, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Nguyễn Pham made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Trần Thuyet sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in TT FC's zone, Lưu Phu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bùi Than came out of the goal and Lưu Phu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Trần Thuyet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TT FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trần Thuyet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nguyễn Pham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Đỗ Duc in the 82nd minute of play. TT FC's Bùi Than played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lưu Phu in the 85th minute of play. Nguyễn Hung kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Son La's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Đỗ Duc 89 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. When Son La's Trần Diem in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TT FC's goalie prevented a goal.
