Seating: 1001, VIP seats: 0) Trần Hong Minh started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Nguyễn Tuyet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Nguyễn Tuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nguyễn Nga's late challenge caught a Ayun Pa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nguyễn Nga helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 played minutes Hai Duong got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Nga. Đào Than sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the match, Ayun Pa's Ngô Minh Phượng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nguyễn Thien narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Trần Thai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hoàng Huynh Duc kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Trần Thai kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Nguyễn Duong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nguyễn Thien. Hai Duong's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nguyễn Duong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Ayun Pa booed when Hai Duong was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trần Cuc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Đào Than struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Nguyễn Thien didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ayun Pa. If Đào Than had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ngô Minh Phượng in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nguyễn Thien prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th match minute, Ayun Pa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Duong to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ngô Minh Phượng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Hai Duong's Nguyễn Thien got control of the ball when Đào Than tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 54 minutes, Trần Thai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayun Pa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trần Thai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nguyễn Nguyet hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ayun Pa getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Nguyễn Duong hit a great ball. Nguyễn Thien came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ayun Pa's Lê Hoang. But to his dismay, Lê Hoang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 75 minutes into the match, Hai Duong's goal looked a bit too open when Trần Thai came free, but Nguyễn Thien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Đào Than fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Thien having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ngô Minh Phượng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nguyễn Thien was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. If Ngô Minh Phượng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Hai Duong booed when Ayun Pa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ngô Minh Phượng didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Ayun Pa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hai Duong throughout the match.
