Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Feerder's Nguyễn Thai started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Feerder's goal looked a bit too open when Nghiêm Bien came free, but Nguyễn Thi Ngoc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute, Trần Dinh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Văn Van Quyen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nguyễn Thai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nguyễn Xuan hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Văn Van Quyen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nguyễn Thai's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. If Trần Dinh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Trần Dinh came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Feerder fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trần Dinh couldn't finish the play. Văn Van Quyen came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Feerder's Nguyễn Thai. But to his dismay, Nguyễn Thai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 18 minutes, Nghiêm Bien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Viet Tri 24's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nghiêm Bien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Huỳnh Tuan Hoang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, AC Viet Tri 24's Nguyễn Tan got a free kick in the 31st minute. Nguyễn Thai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nguyễn Thi Ngoc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nghiêm Bien in the 34th minute of play. When Nguyễn Thai fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Feerder's protests and gave Nguyễn Thai a yellow card for diving instead. AC Viet Tri 24's Văn Van Quyen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Thai in the 39th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AC Viet Tri 24's zone, Trần Dinh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Văn Van Quyen came out of the goal and Trần Dinh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feerder's attentive Võ Nga managed to snatch the ball when Nguyễn Nam made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. 52 minutes into the match, Nghiêm Bien had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nguyễn Thi Ngoc. Feerder's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nghiêm Bien was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 56 minutes into the game, Trần Tu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Văn Van Quyen. Trần Tu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. If Đào Duy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, AC Viet Tri 24's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Thai came free, but Văn Van Quyen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nguyễn Thai in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Văn Van Quyen saved AC Viet Tri 24 from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Huỳnh Tuan Hoang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nguyễn Thi Ngoc was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Nguyễn Khoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the AC Viet Tri 24 defense, Nguyễn Thai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Văn Van Quyen. The AC Viet Tri 24 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Văn Van Quyen should have stopped the shot. When Nguyễn Thai came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Feerder fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nguyễn Thai couldn't finish the play. Văn Van Quyen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Thai in the 89th minute of the match.
