Lê Diem showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcelo Oto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Trần Minh Phượng. That made the score 8-0 in the 45 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adán Ecija stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
