The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Chuan during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Bineesh Yip managed to get in a good position for a shot. Williton AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bineesh Yip was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zafran Tan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Steven Soon hit a great ball. Williton AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iskandar Tee in the 29th minute. Williton AFC's Iskandar Tee was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zafran Tan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 32 minutes into the match, Ali Chuan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steven Chong. Williton AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Chuan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Iskandar Tee hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Chian in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zafran Tan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bineesh Yip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Lim to make the kick off. Alam Chong hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the game, Bineesh Yip recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zafran Tan. Bineesh Yip showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Iskandar Tee kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bineesh Yip in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zafran Tan saved Manchester United from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Bineesh Yip came free, but Zafran Tan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steven Soon kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Zafran Tan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bineesh Yip in the 72nd minute of the match. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the game, Samuel Chian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Zafran Tan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manchester United's Zafran Tan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bineesh Yip in the 87th minute of play. Zafran Tan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bineesh Yip, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute, Samuel Chian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Bineesh Yip came free, but Zafran Tan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 99th minute of the match, Bineesh Yip tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zafran Tan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Williton AFC played a much better game than Manchester United and deserved their victory. The Manchester United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
