Kineton FC's Daniel Keng quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Amir Tuan, made in the 16th minute of the game. With a little luck, Kineton FC's Alif Gopala Pillai got control of the ball when Alan Hsi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Holton-le-Clay's Ali Au in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kineton FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 24th minute, Ali Au reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alif Gopala Pillai. The goal made the score 2-0. Kineton FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Ali Au scored to the left of an out of position Alif Gopala Pillai, making the score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Holton-le-Clay's Tan Kool got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Ali Au could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Alif Gopala Pillai made a huge save. Ali Au's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Alif Gopala Pillai skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ali Au who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Alif Gopala Pillai when he managed to save the team from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Au to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Au in the 55th minute of play forced Kineton FC's goalkeeper Alif Gopala Pillai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Tan Kool in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kineton FC's Sharizan Chai. Alif Gopala Pillai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Au, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 69 minutes of play, Holton-le-Clay's Ali Au made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alif Gopala Pillai was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alif Gopala Pillai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Au in the 72nd minute of play. Gage Gopala Pillai kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Sharizan Chai threw the ball into play from the sideline. Holton-le-Clay's Firdauz Hongyi quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Kineton FC's Alif Gopala Pillai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Au in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute Alan Hsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alif Gopala Pillai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kineton FC's Wei Xuan Tee quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tan Kool, made in the 83rd minute of the game. In the game's 85th minute Holton-le-Clay's Alan Hsi took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Alif Gopala Pillai and thus the score was 5-0. Alif Gopala Pillai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Au in the 88th minute of the match. Kineton FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
