Alif Gopala Pillai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shahron Lam, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Kineton FC's Alif Gopala Pillai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sharizan Shiong in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aziz Nagasaki in the 32nd minute of play forced Kineton FC's goalkeeper Alif Gopala Pillai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Faizal Chai to make the kick off. In the 68th minute Shahron Lam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alif Gopala Pillai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sharizan Shiong got free with Alif Gopala Pillai in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aziz Nagasaki in the 71st minute of play forced Kineton FC's goalkeeper Alif Gopala Pillai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kineton FC's Alif Gopala Pillai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Kineton FC from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Woodlesford left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kineton FC.
