Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fairfield's Alif Ning started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Azam Tuan made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Danial Chai sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alif Ning in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Azly Yi-Sheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haziq Teo charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haziq Teo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Haziq Teo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Faizal Abdul's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Azam Tuan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Azam Tuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shafiq Hongyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Farhan Ee kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Shafiq Hongyi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Azam Tuan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Shafiq Hongyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azam Tuan having to interfere. Faizal Abdul blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Azam Tuan having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Wincanton's Jonathan Shyan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Azam Tuan. That made the score 2-1 after 36 minutes of play. Faizal Abdul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Azam Tuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Azly Yi-Sheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afiq Amin in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fairfield's goalkeeper Azam Tuan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Haziq Teo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Azly Yi-Sheng having to make a save. Azly Yi-Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alif Ning in the 61st minute of play. Danial Chai struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Azam Tuan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wincanton. Azam Tuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faizal Abdul in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Wincanton's goal looked a bit too open when Alif Ning came free, but Azly Yi-Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Faizal Abdul managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wincanton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faizal Abdul was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Afiq Amin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Azly Yi-Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haziq Teo got free with Azly Yi-Sheng in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aziz Shiong's late challenge caught a Wincanton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aziz Shiong helped the player get up and apologised. Azly Yi-Sheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alif Ning, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Farhan Ee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Wincanton's Faizal Abdul nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Azam Tuan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Aziz Shiong received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Azly Yi-Sheng came out and tried to block the shot, but Aziz Shiong slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Fairfield getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Aziz Shiong hit a great ball. Danial Chai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Azam Tuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
