Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Noh Amin got the match started through his kick off. An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Zak Pieng got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Zak Pieng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Noh Amin struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. SK Wenyong didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woolton FC. Noh Amin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without SK Wenyong having to interfere. Noh Amin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without SK Wenyong having to make a save. Woolton FC's Noh Amin got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bineesh Teo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without SK Wenyong having to interfere. A collision led to Woolton FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Anil Low hit a great ball. Alex Kang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Adam Ramachandran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adam Ramachandran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zak Pieng in the 38th minute. Noh Amin might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over SK Wenyong. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Noh Amin ran back to his position shaking his head. When Bineesh Teo came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Woolton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bineesh Teo couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Woolton FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Alan Ching hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Kang was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Tintagel's Alex Kang got a free kick in the 67th minute. Fariz Peng's late challenge caught a Woolton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fariz Peng helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Fariz Peng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Didi Choy lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Tintagel:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Woolton FC:s goal. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Woolton FC. Anil Low stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving SK Wenyong. 0-2. Bineesh Teo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without SK Wenyong having to interfere. After 80 played minutes Tintagel got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Chong. Bineesh Hong charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bineesh Hong the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Woolton FC's Bineesh Hong got a free kick in the 84th minute. With his leg SK Wenyong managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Woolton FC's Bineesh Teo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 89 minutes of play, Woolton FC's Bineesh Teo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. SK Wenyong was left in no man's land by his defense there! Noh Amin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. SK Wenyong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Woolton FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tintagel.
