Spectators: 8040 (Terracing: 6031, Seating: 1849, VIP seats: 160) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amir Siang kicked off to start the match. Noh Phua in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adam Politiek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Bryan Peng managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timperley AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryan Peng was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Pieng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gabriel Pieng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Farhan Phua in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Timperley AFC's Afiz Sarangapani got a free kick in the 14th minute. Asiz Seng, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Bryan Peng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Timperley AFC's Farhan Phua sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Pieng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Farhan Soon kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Gabriel Pieng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Farhan Phua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bryan Peng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Pieng having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afiz Sarangapani during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Afiz Sarangapani hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Farhan Phua left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Timperley AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

The wind increased when Farhan Phua made the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Pieng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bryan Peng in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Hillview United's Shahron Hee got a free kick in the 57th minute. Gabriel Pieng came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Timperley AFC's Bryan Peng. But to his dismay, Bryan Peng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Amir Siang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Adam Politiek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Farhan Phua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Pieng was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 74th match minute, Hillview United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Farhan Soon to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Pieng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Farhan Phua in the 77th minute of the match. Timperley AFC's Adam Politiek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amir Siang in the 82nd minute of play. Afiz Sarangapani hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Noh Phua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Noh Phua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Adam Politiek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noh Phua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amir Siang scored 1-3 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Politiek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Timperley AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
