Spectators: 6842 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Samuel Lee kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Stamford FC's Zafran Lim got control of the ball when Afiz Abisheganaden tried to sneak it across the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Stamford FC's goalkeeper Zafran Lim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afiz Abisheganaden. In the 7th minute, Afiz Abisheganaden made a precise shot to the right of Zafran Lim. Stamford FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Afiz Abisheganaden had several of the Stamford FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Zafran Lim as he didn't even see the shot coming. With his leg Zafran Lim managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Perivale City's Afiz Abisheganaden fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Afiz Abisheganaden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zafran Lim having to interfere. Samuel Lee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gara Pieng having to interfere. Gara Pieng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gage Hsi in the 32nd minute of play. Shah Nair's late challenge caught a Stamford FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shah Nair helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Stamford FC booed when Perivale City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shah Nair didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afiz Abisheganaden succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 36th playminute. After 39 minutes, Khairil Tan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stamford FC and the Perivale City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Khairil Tan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afiz Abisheganaden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Zafran Lim made a huge save. In the 45th minute, Gage Hsi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 46 minutes, Bryan Nair mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perivale City and the Stamford FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

51 minutes into the match, Gage Hsi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gara Pieng. Perivale City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gage Hsi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Samuel Lee might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gara Pieng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuel Lee ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute Afiz Abisheganaden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zafran Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zafran Lim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afiz Abisheganaden in the 60th minute of the match. Afiz Abisheganaden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Zafran Lim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Stamford FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Zack Lee hit a great ball. If Gage Hsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes Perivale City got a freekick which was hit by Shukrie Lee. In the 81st minute of the match Hafriz Vijiaratnam shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zafran Lim showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Stamford FC's goal looked a bit too open when Afiz Abisheganaden came free, but Zafran Lim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afiz Abisheganaden in the 86th minute of play forced Stamford FC's goalkeeper Zafran Lim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
