Thanks to some nice moves Famih Lim could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Mohammad Boon however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Barmby on the Marsh's Mohammad Boon got control of the ball when Lamar Kang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alam Kang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ryan Tan's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Mohammad Boon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Keng in the 24th minute of the match. Alam Kang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniz Devan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Ryan Tan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Barmby on the Marsh fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Barmby on the Marsh's Ryan Tan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Barmby on the Marsh's Mohammad Boon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Keng in the 32nd minute of play. Mohammad Boon made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Famih Lim sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Barmby on the Marsh's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Keng came free, but Mohammad Boon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anil Tan during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anil Tan kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. With a little luck, Barmby on the Marsh's Mohammad Boon got control of the ball when Famih Lim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ryan Tan to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Anil Tan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohammad Boon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Keng, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The referee showed Jonathan Teo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Middlesbrough getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jonathan Teo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Famih Lim in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mohammad Boon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mohammad Boon came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Middlesbrough's Felix Keng. But to his dismay, Felix Keng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Middlesbrough's Famih Lim got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Barmby on the Marsh's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Keng came free, but Mohammad Boon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anil Tan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ryan Tan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Alam Kang skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Anil Tan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohammad Boon came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Middlesbrough's Lamar Kang. But to his dismay, Lamar Kang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. When the referee ended the match the Middlesbrough players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
