Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Khairil Chien-Kwan made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Peterlee's goal looked a bit too open when Bineesh Dyce came free, but Azam Tian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sharizan Siang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khairil Chien-Kwan, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Southwold's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Khairil Chien-Kwan was slow to take the kick. During this time Peterlee's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Aziz Cheng heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ryan Yi-Sheng's late challenge caught a Peterlee's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ryan Yi-Sheng helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Southwold's Ryan Yi-Sheng got a free kick in the 9th minute. Southwold's Sharizan Siang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khairil Chien-Kwan in the 12th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Peterlee got a freekick which was hit by Wong Lee. After a defensive mix-up in Peterlee's zone, Bineesh Dyce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Azam Tian came out of the goal and Bineesh Dyce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, Peterlee's goal looked a bit too open when Bineesh Dyce came free, but Azam Tian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Southwold's goal looked a bit too open when Khairil Chien-Kwan came free, but Sharizan Siang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sharizan Siang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khairil Chien-Kwan in the 26th minute of the match. Azam Tian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iskandar Pillai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asiz Ramachandran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sharizan Siang having to interfere. Azam Tian came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Southwold's Bineesh Dyce. But to his dismay, Bineesh Dyce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 37th minute of the match, Khairil Chien-Kwan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sharizan Siang saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Asiz Ramachandran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Asiz Ramachandran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peterlee's Azam Tian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khairul Liang in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bineesh Dyce was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Southwold's Azam Tian threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ryan Yi-Sheng, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ryan Yi-Sheng hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Sharizan Siang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Asiz Ramachandran's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Joel Singh hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Sharizan Siang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asiz Ramachandran in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Southwold's goal looked a bit too open when Asiz Ramachandran came free, but Sharizan Siang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Southwold's Sharizan Siang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khairil Chien-Kwan in the 68th minute of play. Azam Tian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bineesh Dyce's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hafriz Sarangapani in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sharizan Siang saved Southwold from getting behind. The supporters of Peterlee booed when Southwold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryan Yi-Sheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sharizan Siang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asiz Ramachandran in the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Khairil Chien-Kwan made a precise shot to the right of Sharizan Siang. Southwold's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Asiz Ramachandran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Khairil Chien-Kwan scored 2-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sharizan Siang, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peterlee walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
