Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Manchester United's Adam Cheng started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 7 minutes, Faris Lam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faris Lam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faris Lam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Bakar Tuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Adam Cheng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bakar Tuan was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Ang Namasivayam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bakar Tuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Bakar Tuan managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Manchester United's Faris Lam fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ang Namasivayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bakar Tuan having to interfere. With a little luck, Wrea Green's Bakar Tuan got control of the ball when Ang Namasivayam tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Wrea Green's zone, Faris Lam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bakar Tuan came out of the goal and Faris Lam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Manchester United's Adam Cheng slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bakar Tuan. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Wrea Green's zone, Adam Cheng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bakar Tuan came out of the goal and Adam Cheng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ang Namasivayam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 31 played minutes Wrea Green got a freekick which was hit by Anil Ee. Hidayat Liang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bakar Tuan having to interfere. Bakar Tuan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Cheng in the 38th minute. Faris Lam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Darren Dhanabalan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anil Ee was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. Anil Ee hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Bakar Tuan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ang Namasivayam in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clive Chian to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Ang Namasivayam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ang Namasivayam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute of the match Victor Au sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bakar Tuan skillfully saved the ball. After 56 played minutes Wrea Green got a freekick which was hit by Nicholas Chian. Hidayat Liang struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Bakar Tuan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester United. After a defensive mix-up in Wrea Green's zone, Faris Lam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bakar Tuan came out of the goal and Faris Lam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, Faris Lam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bakar Tuan. Wrea Green's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faris Lam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Adam Cheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 77 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Manchester United's Adam Cheng fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When Manchester United's Adam Cheng in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wrea Green's goalie prevented a goal. Faris Lam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bakar Tuan having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Sean Tioe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bakar Tuan came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester United's Ang Namasivayam. But to his dismay, Ang Namasivayam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Adam Cheng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manchester United's Hidayat Liang got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Wrea Green's Gabriel Tioe got a free kick in the 93rd minute. A collision led to Wrea Green getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Clive Chian hit a great ball. Bakar Tuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ang Namasivayam in the 95th minute of the match.
