Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1877, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Shahiran Cho got the match started through his kick off. Rifki Yip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ronn Tee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Khai Politiek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronn Tee having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Samuel Ching notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Grove's Lee Hoe. Lee Hoe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lee Hoe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wong Amin in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Grove was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Lim to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Fariz Wenyong sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Grove's Lee Hoe didn't even have to move. Khai Politiek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Holland-on-Sea's Samuel Ching came free and shot a quick shot against goal 29 minutes in the game, fortunately Lee Hoe had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After a rather tough play, Holland-on-Sea's Fariz Wenyong got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Shahiran Cho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ronn Tee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lee Hoe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Ching in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samuel Ching was the one to do the kick off. Samuel Lim kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Fariz Wenyong sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lee Hoe skillfully saved the ball. After 59 played minutes Holland-on-Sea got a freekick which was hit by Fariz Wenyong. After a rather tough play, Grove's Samuel Lim got a free kick in the 60th minute. Samuel Ching scored 3-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lee Hoe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Holland-on-Sea's Amirul Chuan was substituted for Wei Xuan Sum. Samuel Ching recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Wong Amin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lee Hoe. Grove's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wong Amin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Samuel Lim lost his temper 86 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 85 minutes into the game, one of Grove:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Holland-on-Sea. Wong Amin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lee Hoe. 5-1. In the 92nd minute Samuel Ching shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lee Hoe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Ching received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Lee Hoe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
