Dylon Pickering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shahiran Ramachandran in the 16th minute of the match. Shahiran Ramachandran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylon Pickering having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Shahiran Ramachandran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dylon Pickering was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Shahiran Ramachandran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dylon Pickering tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clive Ramachandran was the one to do the kick off. Ronny Beecham might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lamar Yip. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronny Beecham ran back to his position shaking his head. Giles Brighton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dylon Pickering came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Stags F.C.'s Shahiran Ramachandran. But to his dismay, Shahiran Ramachandran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ronny Beecham struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Lamar Yip didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eltham AFC. Lamar Yip showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Beecham in the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Red Stags F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Beecham came free, but Lamar Yip reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eltham AFC's Ronny Beecham in 68 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Lamar Yip guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Ronny Beecham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lamar Yip having to make a save. If Ronny Beecham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Clive Ramachandran came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Red Stags F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clive Ramachandran couldn't finish the play. Red Stags F.C.'s Shahiran Ramachandran got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Khairul Tan's late challenge caught a Eltham AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Khairul Tan helped the player get up and apologised. Khairul Tan kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Ronny Beecham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eltham AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronny Beecham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
