If Rifqi Tian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lee Soon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hafriz Sim having to interfere. Adam Butcher might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Khairul Chian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adam Butcher ran back to his position shaking his head. Rifqi Tian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Rifqi Tian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Lee Soon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Kilworth FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lee Soon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hafriz Sim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lee Soon in the 39th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Adam Butcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khairul Chian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haziq Braddell made a kick off. North Kilworth FC's Haziq Braddell got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute Lee Soon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hafriz Sim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haziq Braddell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Hafriz Sim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Khairul Chian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rifqi Tian in the 87th minute of play. Lee Soon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes North Kilworth FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Choo. Rifqi Tian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
