Kingswood FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniz Swee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Felix Yi-Sheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Yi-Sheng in the 13th minute of play forced Kingswood FC's goalkeeper Bakar Tian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kingswood FC's Mark Abdul in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jonathan Hock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniz Swee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniz Swee in the 26th minute of play forced Kingswood AFC's goalkeeper Jonathan Hock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Hock made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Mark Abdul sent off a good shot on target. Lamar Devan hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the game, Daniz Swee was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kingswood FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kingswood AFC the free kick. Daniz Swee kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kingswood FC's Darryl Pillai got a free kick in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Kingswood FC's Daniz Swee slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Hock. That made the score 1-0 after 40 minutes of play. 44 minutes into the match, Kingswood AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniz Swee came free, but Jonathan Hock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Hock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniz Swee, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute Daniz Swee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Hock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mark Abdul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Kingswood AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniz Swee came free, but Jonathan Hock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kingswood AFC's Jonathan Hock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniz Swee in the 85th minute of play.
