Spectators: 6540 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 140) 3 minutes into the game, Amirul Teo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paloma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riseley the free kick. After a rather tough play, Paloma's Amirul Teo got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darren Keng in the 5th minute of play forced Paloma's goalkeeper Joel Tioe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Darren Keng came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Riseley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darren Keng couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Riseley's goal looked a bit too open when Tan Phua came free, but Daniz Seah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Riseley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by SK Ching to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Faris Chandran during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Faris Chandran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ron Au, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 20th minute Tan Phua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniz Seah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rifki Boon fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paloma's protests and gave Rifki Boon a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes Paloma got a freekick which was hit by Rifki Boon. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Chong in the 31st minute of play forced Riseley's goalkeeper Daniz Seah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tan Phua struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Daniz Seah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paloma. Faris Chandran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Riseley getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. SK Ching hit a great ball. Riseley's Daniz Seah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Chong in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John Chong made a kick off. Tan Phua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute John Chong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniz Seah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Paloma getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Felix Koh hit a great ball. In the 60th minute John Chong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniz Seah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Chong in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniz Seah saved Riseley from getting behind. In the 64th minute, Tan Phua made a precise shot to the right of Daniz Seah. Riseley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Daniz Seah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Chong in the 69th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play Riseley's Faris Chandran was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 83rd minute, John Chong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SK Ching hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. SK Ching kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Paloma walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
