After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Noh Choo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sprint Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Noh Choo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Firdauz Lam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Sprint Athletic's Aziz Hsin in the 27th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Firdauz Lam was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Croughton FC through an amazing save. Firdauz Lam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Hsin in the 28th minute of play. Noh Choo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Mohammad Paine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wong Devan having to interfere. Gara Keng struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Wong Devan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croughton FC. Wong Wah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Wong Wah came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Croughton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wong Wah couldn't finish the play. Firdauz Lam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noh Choo in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 71st minute by Wong Wah got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Felix Chai hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. If Aziz Hsin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
