Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sharizan Seah started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Darryl Choy during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes Long Lawford got a freekick which was hit by Darryl Choy. In the 5th minute of the match Azli Soon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alan Tee skillfully saved the ball. Alan Tee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Seng, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After having played for 10 minutes, Jerry Chong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Long Lawford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Chong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Didi Paine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shahron Wah in the 19th minute of play forced Long Lawford's goalkeeper Alan Tee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sarb Soon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alif Chong having to interfere. Jonathan Seng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Long Lawford's goal looked a bit too open when Sharizan Seah came free, but Alan Tee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SK Choy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alif Chong having to interfere. Shahron Wah took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alan Tee. Alan Tee dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.
52 minutes into the match, Long Lawford's goalkeeper Alan Tee had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shahron Wah. Alif Chong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Chong, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 60th match minute, Frodsham AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Azli Soon to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Frodsham AFC's zone, Faizal Nair stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alif Chong came out of the goal and Faizal Nair tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alif Chong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Chong, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Faizal Nair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerry Chong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Long Lawford's Sarb Soon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Shahiran Amin in the 78 minute of the game. Sarb Soon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Shahiran Amin's late challenge caught a Long Lawford's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shahiran Amin helped the player get up and apologised. 80 minutes into the game, one of Frodsham AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Long Lawford. Jerry Chong stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alif Chong. 1-2. Faizal Nair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alif Chong having to interfere. When SK Choy came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Long Lawford fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that SK Choy couldn't finish the play. SK Choy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Alif Chong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
