Shahron Boon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zack Ching having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Lamar Lum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muhammad Dyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamar Lum in the 11th minute of play. Lamar Lum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muhammad Dyce having to interfere. Dale Ee struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Muhammad Dyce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farnham. Muhammad Dyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gara Hian in the 16th minute of play. Dale Ee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muhammad Dyce having to interfere. Azly Hian hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. If Lamar Lum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dale Ee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Muhammad Dyce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tadcaster's Azly Hian got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Lamar Lum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Muhammad Dyce was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to Tadcaster getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Azly Hian hit a great ball. Muhammad Dyce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dale Ee's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Farnham's Dale Ee got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute Gara Hian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muhammad Dyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Lamar Lum made a precise shot to the right of Muhammad Dyce. Tadcaster's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After the first half Farnham were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shahron Boon was the one to do the kick off. Famih Chien-Kwan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muhammad Dyce having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Farnham's Lamar Lum sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Muhammad Dyce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Dale Ee took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Muhammad Dyce to make any attempt to save it. After 65 played minutes Farnham got a freekick which was hit by Famih Chien-Kwan. 68 minutes into the match, Lamar Lum dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Muhammad Dyce, 0-5. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Dale Ee got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 75th minute, Farnham's Lamar Lum ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Muhammad Dyce. Muhammad Dyce yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Lamar Lum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muhammad Dyce having to interfere. Dale Ee's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Muhammad Dyce skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Famih Chien-Kwan fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Farnham's protests and gave Famih Chien-Kwan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd match minute, Farnham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Famih Chien-Kwan to maneuver through the defense. If Shahron Boon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 played minutes Farnham got a freekick which was hit by Gara Hian. Farnham's Zack Ching played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahron Boon in the 86th minute of play. When Dale Ee came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Farnham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dale Ee couldn't finish the play. If Shahron Boon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th match minute, Farnham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Famih Chien-Kwan to maneuver through the defense. The Tadcaster fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Farnham were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
