Spectators: 6499 (Terracing: 5111, Seating: 1333, VIP seats: 55) In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beancurd FC's goalkeeper Lamar Tuan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Beancurd FC booed when Shenley City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Azli Tioe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Shenley City defense, Merlin Tuan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albert Tioe. The Shenley City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albert Tioe should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Beancurd FC's goalkeeper Lamar Tuan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Muhammad Chan. If Muhammad Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Muhammad Chan got free with Lamar Tuan in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 22 played minutes Beancurd FC got a freekick which was hit by Afiz Boon. In the 30th minute Khai Sim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Tioe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes, Merlin Tuan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beancurd FC and the Shenley City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Beancurd FC got a freekick which was hit by Merlin Tuan. Zack Tian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Albert Tioe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Beancurd FC booed when Shenley City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Tan didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Beancurd FC's Lamar Tuan got control of the ball when Muhammad Chan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Albert Tioe came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Beancurd FC's Zack Tian. But to his dismay, Zack Tian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Khai Sim made the kick off in the second half. Beancurd FC were furious when Farhan Au was red carded, 56 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Beancurd FC! In the 61st minute, Afiz Boon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Beancurd FC's goal looked a bit too open when Muhammad Chan came free, but Lamar Tuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muhammad Chan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Azli Tioe might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lamar Tuan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Azli Tioe ran back to his position shaking his head. 73 minutes into the match Zack Tian climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-3 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Albert Tioe. If Afiz Boon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zack Tian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Tioe having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Azli Tioe made a precise shot to the right of Lamar Tuan. Beancurd FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Merlin Tuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Albert Tioe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zack Tian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Tioe having to interfere. Beancurd FC's Lamar Tuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Muhammad Chan in the 96th minute of play. Beancurd FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
