Firdauz Paine received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Arif Wenyong took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Muhammad Dyce to make any attempt to save it. Tan Vijiaratnam kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Tadcaster's Muhammad Dyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Wenyong in the 28th minute of play. When Ang Wenyong fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tadcaster's protests and gave Ang Wenyong a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tadcaster getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ang Wenyong hit a great ball. In the 30th minute of the match Muhammad Hsi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Muhammad Dyce skillfully saved the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Daniz Swee notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Tadcaster's Muhammad Dyce. Muhammad Dyce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Scorpio FC's zone, Shahron Boon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khairul Lee came out of the goal and Shahron Boon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Azly Hian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shahron Boon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khairul Lee having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arif Wenyong stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tadcaster's Muhammad Dyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Wenyong in the 89th minute of play. Khairul Lee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Azly Hian, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shahron Boon in the 94th minute of play forced Scorpio FC's goalkeeper Khairul Lee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th match minute, Tadcaster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ang Wenyong to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Scorpio FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tadcaster had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
