To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam Lee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Keng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Alex Keng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Lee was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 18th minute, Zafran Phua made a precise shot to the right of Adam Lee. Polperro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. SK Abdul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Afiq Keng made a huge save. In the 28th minute Faris Soon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiq Keng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Keng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, Watlington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zafran Phua to maneuver through the defense. Watlington's Afiq Keng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danial Yeo in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danial Yeo in the 39th minute of play forced Watlington's goalkeeper Afiq Keng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Watlington's Afiq Keng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Watlington from getting a goal against them. Despite this Adam Lee quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Afiq Keng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from SK Abdul in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Polperro's Danial Yeo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Afiq Keng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. With a little luck, Polperro's Adam Lee got control of the ball when Zafran Phua tried to sneak it across the goal line. Polperro's Adam Lee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Keng in the 60th minute of play. Polperro's Adam Lee proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Polperro from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Polperro's Faris Soon got a free kick in the 85th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Watlington players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Polperro.
