Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Steven Keng started the match with the kick off. Clive Dyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zafran Phua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shahiran Dhanabalan charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Shahiran Dhanabalan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Clive Dyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Keng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clive Dyce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Keng in the 21st minute of the match. Clive Dyce came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Watlington's Alex Keng. But to his dismay, Alex Keng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 30th minute of the match Lamar Sum sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clive Dyce skillfully saved the ball. In the 30th match minute, Mangotsfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zak Lum to maneuver through the defense. Mark Boon's late challenge caught a Mangotsfield's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mark Boon helped the player get up and apologised. Alex Keng hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Watlington's Afiq Keng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Keng in the 35th minute of play. Clive Dyce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Keng in the 40th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Watlington got a freekick which was hit by Zafran Phua. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Keng was the one to do the kick off. Clive Dyce was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alex Keng showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 52 minute of play. Clive Dyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Keng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Alex Keng reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Clive Dyce. The goal made the score 0-3. When Alex Keng came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Watlington fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Keng couldn't finish the play. Clive Dyce came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Watlington's Alex Keng. But to his dismay, Alex Keng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 67th minute, Watlington's Alif Lee dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Mangotsfield's Clive Dyce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Mangotsfield from getting a goal against them. Afiq Keng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryan Braddell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the game, Alex Keng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Clive Dyce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 79 minutes into the match, Watlington's goal looked a bit too open when Ryan Braddell came free, but Afiq Keng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Mangotsfield:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Watlington:s goal. 85 minutes into the game, Mark Seng was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mangotsfield's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Watlington the free kick. After 85 played minutes Mangotsfield got a freekick which was hit by Mark Seng. Zafran Phua in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Clive Dyce, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Mangotsfield booed when Watlington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zafran Phua didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, Watlington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anil Mathews to maneuver through the defense. Ryan Braddell struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Afiq Keng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mangotsfield. Watlington's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
