Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Darren Lum started the match with the kick off. Lewes's Gage Seah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danish Tian in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darren Lum in the 7th minute of play forced Wallsend 777's goalkeeper Muhammad Soon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Danish Tian made a precise shot to the right of Gage Seah. Lewes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Felix Yang thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Gage Seah, a very annoying self made goal in the 10th minute which led to 0-2. Muhammad Soon was a little too slow when Darren Lum got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 19th minute, Mohammad Rajah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Muhammad Soon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 21 minutes into the game, Darren Lum was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lewes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wallsend 777 the free kick. In the 21st minute, Darren Lum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 minutes of play, Lewes's Mohammad Rajah made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Muhammad Soon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Muhammad Soon was a little too slow when Mohammad Rajah got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-2. Darren Lum received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Muhammad Soon came out and tried to block the shot, but Darren Lum slotted it home off the left post making it 5-2 in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammad Rajah in the 37th minute of play forced Wallsend 777's goalkeeper Muhammad Soon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tan Shiong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Muhammad Soon made a huge save. In the 44th minute Felix Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muhammad Soon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muhammad Soon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammad Rajah in the 47th minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shahiran Hsin made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Mohammad Rajah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Muhammad Soon was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Muhammad Soon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darren Lum in the 55th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Wallsend 777's Gage Seah threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zack Abdul, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 73rd minute Shahiran Hsin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gage Seah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes Wallsend 777 got a freekick which was hit by Danish Tian. Muhammad Soon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darren Lum, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
