Rudy Lee was slow to take the kick. During this time Brighton's players had a chance to rest. Rudy Lee made a great header on Brighton's corner, it was just that Spitalfields and Shoreditch's Bineesh Hui managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Lim in the 36th minute of play forced Spitalfields and Shoreditch's goalkeeper Bineesh Hui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Bineesh Hui as he didn't even see the shot coming. Bineesh Hui made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Alfred Hitchcock sent off a good shot on target. After 71 played minutes Spitalfields and Shoreditch got a freekick which was hit by Haziq Tioe. 72 minutes into the game, Haziq Tioe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. This resulted in a 0-12 score and a disappointed Bineesh Hui as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 82nd minute, Brighton's Alfred Hitchcock ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bineesh Hui. Bineesh Hui yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. After some careless play in the Spitalfields and Shoreditch defense, Alfred Hitchcock kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bineesh Hui. The Spitalfields and Shoreditch fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bineesh Hui should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Alfred Hitchcock ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bineesh Hui was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-15. After having played for 96 minutes, Alan Gorria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brighton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alan Gorria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brighton's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
