When Daniz Pillai came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the fromis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniz Pillai couldn't finish the play. After 17 minutes, Alex Lum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the fromis FC and the Barnoldswick players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Alex Lum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Daniz Pillai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Darryl Kool. Barnoldswick's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniz Pillai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Gage Lum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Swee in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Barnoldswick's Joel Hee nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gage Lum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. fromis FC's Alex Lum quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Khai Tan, made in the 29th minute of the game. In the 30th minute Daniz Pillai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darryl Kool saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Alex Lum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Barnoldswick's Celestino Mincho in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye fromis FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Uuno Raitviir could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Gage Lum however easily saved by the left post. In the 39th minute, Joel Hee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gage Lum was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Jorge Valentine received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gage Lum came out and tried to block the shot, but Jorge Valentine slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 44th minute.

In the 53rd minute, Celestino Mincho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Hee in the 54th minute of play forced fromis FC's goalkeeper Gage Lum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the fromis FC defense, Jorge Valentine kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gage Lum. The fromis FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gage Lum should have stopped the shot. Gage Lum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Valentine, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes of play, Barnoldswick's Celestino Mincho made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gage Lum was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as fromis FC's Haziq Kool slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Darryl Kool. That made the score 7-2 after 65 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haziq Kool in the 70th minute of play forced Barnoldswick's goalkeeper Darryl Kool to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Darryl Kool made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Alex Lum sent off a good shot on target. Shahiran Lim kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamir Keng got free with Darryl Kool in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, fromis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Valentine came free, but Gage Lum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gage Lum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Hee, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Darryl Kool made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Mujahid Yeo sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the match, Barnoldswick's goal looked a bit too open when Mujahid Yeo came free, but Darryl Kool reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Barnoldswick's goal looked a bit too open when Haziq Kool came free, but Darryl Kool reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. fromis FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
