Darryl Kool showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darren Lum in the 3rd minute of the match. Darryl Kool made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammad Rajah in the 6th minute of play. Barnoldswick's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Mohammad Rajah scored to the left of an out of position Darryl Kool, making the score, 1-0. In the 15th minute Celestino Mincho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gage Seah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prime Choy during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Prime Choy kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Gage Seah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Mincho, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Prime Choy hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lewes's zone, Celestino Mincho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gage Seah came out of the goal and Celestino Mincho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Afriz Tioe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gage Seah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Mincho, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darren Lum in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Darryl Kool saved Barnoldswick from getting behind. The supporters of Barnoldswick booed when Lewes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Yang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lewes's Gage Seah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Hee in the 35th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Lewes got a freekick which was hit by Bineesh Hong. 39 minutes into the match, Barnoldswick's Joel Hee broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Khairul Lim charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Khairul Lim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Barnoldswick was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Khairul Lim to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Barnoldswick booed when Lewes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohammad Rajah didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes Barnoldswick got a freekick which was hit by Darryl Swee. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Darren Lum was the one to do the kick off. Darren Lum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darryl Kool showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohammad Rajah, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Barnoldswick's Darryl Kool played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohammad Rajah in the 57th minute of play. Darryl Kool took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darren Lum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Celestino Mincho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gage Seah was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Joel Hee hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Mohammad Rajah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darryl Kool having to interfere. Uuno Raitviir charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Uuno Raitviir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Uuno Raitviir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gage Seah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celestino Mincho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Celestino Mincho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gage Seah, 1-1. After 91 minutes Barnoldswick's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Darren Lum who took care of the corner kick. Darryl Swee thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Darryl Kool, a very annoying self made goal in the 91st minute which led to 2-1. Uuno Raitviir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Lewes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
