Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lamar Boon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Hitchcock in the 3rd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Brighton's goalkeeper Garry Vercauteren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Paine. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alan Gorria in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lamar Boon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Brighton's Alan Gorria in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Halesworth United's goalie prevented a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Halesworth United's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Gorria came free, but Lamar Boon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Brighton booed when Halesworth United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Hong didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Halesworth United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faiz Lim to maneuver through the defense. Lamar Boon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudy Lee in the 19th minute of play. Alan Gorria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lamar Boon having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Halesworth United's zone, Albert Lim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lamar Boon came out of the goal and Albert Lim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Alan Gorria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lamar Boon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 26 minutes into the match, Alan Gorria notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Halesworth United's Lamar Boon. Lamar Boon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alan Gorria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lamar Boon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcelino Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arif Hong hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Halesworth United's Lamar Boon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Gorria in the 35th minute of play. After some careless play in the Halesworth United defense, Albert Lim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lamar Boon. The Halesworth United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lamar Boon should have stopped the shot. Lamar Boon didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Brighton's Alan Gorria shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. When Brighton's Alan Gorria in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Halesworth United's goalie prevented a goal. After 46 minutes of play, Brighton's Alfred Hitchcock made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lamar Boon was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Brighton were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Lamar Boon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alan Gorria in the 54th minute. SK Ramachandran struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Lamar Boon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brighton. Alan Gorria did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Lamar Boon 58 minutes into the match. The supporters of Halesworth United booed when Brighton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. SK Ramachandran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfred Hitchcock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lamar Boon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alan Gorria's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Lamar Boon made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Alan Gorria sent off a good shot on target. When %teams%'s Alan Gorria was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-10 just inside the left pole, 72 minutes into the game. Lamar Boon was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Alfred Hitchcock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lamar Boon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Halesworth United getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ali Paine hit a great ball. SK Ramachandran struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Lamar Boon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brighton. Alan Gorria in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lamar Boon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rudy Lee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelino Xacintu struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Lamar Boon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brighton. Lamar Boon stood somewhat misplaced when Alan Gorria came free in front of goal and shot 0-11 to the left of him in the 85 minute. Alan Gorria succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-13 in the 95th playminute. Brighton's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
