Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rudy Tan got the match started through his kick off. In the 12th minute, Mark Yip got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Zafran Hongyi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Famih Hock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Noh Chandran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bryan Hian having to make a save. Famih Hock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Yip in the 26th minute. Bryan Hian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prime Wenyong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Noh Chandran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Binsted's supporters rose to their feet, but Noh Chandran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bryan Hian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Prime Wenyong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Binsted's Famih Hock got control of the ball when Zafran Hongyi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Prime Wenyong fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Binsted's protests and gave Prime Wenyong a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Binsted's Prime Wenyong got a free kick in the 37th minute. Famih Hock made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Mark Yip sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes into the match, Binsted's goal looked a bit too open when Rudy Tan came free, but Famih Hock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Binsted's Famih Hock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamir Yip in the 42nd minute of play. Mark Yip took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Famih Hock. Famih Hock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Noh Chandran to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Binsted's Noh Chandran ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bryan Hian. Bryan Hian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Rayleigh's Rudy Tan got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Famih Hock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudy Tan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Zafran Hongyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Famih Hock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shahiran Ching went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Mark Yip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Famih Hock was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 77th minute, Mark Yip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Famih Hock was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 80 minutes into the game, Mark Yip cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Famih Hock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hamir Yip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Famih Hock having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Rudy Tan notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Binsted's Famih Hock. Famih Hock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Famih Hock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Yip, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a rather tough play, Rayleigh's Hamir Yip got a free kick in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudy Tan in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Famih Hock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute, Noh Dhanabalan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Binsted's Famih Hock didn't even have to move. Rayleigh's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
